An Air Peace airline was saved from disaster on Tuesday in what appeared to be by miracle as it lost one of its tyres in the course of landing at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
This is coming barely one month after an Air peace flight from Abuja with 94 passengers and 6 crew members on board. overshot the runway of the Port Harcourt International Airport in Rivers State under heavy rainfall.
The flight B737 aircraft with a female pilot took off from Omagwa International Airport, Port Harcourt, Rivers State crash-landed and subsequently brought under control.
However, no death was recorded. Emergency personnel were on ground to rescue hysterical passengers and control the situation.
